Is the Double Pack cheaper than two Starter Packs?

Yes. Two Starter Packs are $216 and give you the same 16 full servings, plus a second mixing bottle and a second quick-start guide you do not need. The Double Pack is $200, at $12.50 per 10g serving instead of $13.50.

I've never used this. Can I start with the Double Pack?

Does the Double Pack include a mixing bottle?

How do I mix it?

5g of D-BHB per ounce. Full serving is 2 oz plus 14 oz cold water; half serving is 1 oz plus 15 oz cold water. Every mix makes one 16 oz drink.

How long do two bottles last?
